Led the operational and financial turnaround of a single-location retail hardware store into a profitable business status by establishing financial controls, inventory management, staff development, marketing, and customer service.

Created business plans and budgets to grow the company into a multi-location retail establishment. Consolidated financial statements and budgets to leverage back-room operations. Hired, trained, and supervised store managers and staff.

Developed plans, processes, and logistics to enable the safe and swift relocation of materials, supplies, and large populations in business units. Fully operational in two new locations within days of arrival at the site.

Improved existing accounts receivable system by simplifying processes and establishing tracking systems for aging and collection of data. The new system dramatically improved unit profitability.
